Our Products

Our mince consists of 100% pure prime quality beef with a fat content of no more than 20%. It is gluten free and contains no additives or preservatives. Mince is available in 500g packaging. d we hand mix the spices ourselves, some of which we grind ourselves too. We use only the best quality meat and fat with our hand mixed spices and natural casings. Our boerewors consists only of beef, pork meat, pork fat and spices. It is gluten free and contains no preservatives or additives. Our boerewors is of medium thickness because we use natural sheep casings. Thicker boerewors requires hog casings and they tend to be tough, making it difficult to cut or bite into. Boerewors is available in 500g packaging.

This is a very popular product and it sells out very quickly. For this reason, it is no longer on our price list but can be ordered on request. It is vacuum packed and is available in approximately 1kg packaging.

Our pork schnitzels are made from the leg chops. They are carefully pounded into thin, tender cutlets and coated with crumbs. Once cooked, they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Best served with a squeeze of lemon and if you like, a sauce of your choice. There are two schnitzels in a pack and a pack weighs approximately 300g -400g.

This is a snack packed with flavour. The sausages are smaller versions of our very popular cheese Russians. They are wrapped in our oak smoked bacon and marinated in barbeque sauce. A skewer inserted into the sausage holds it all together. The flavour of the sweetness from the barbeque sauce combined with the saltiness of the meat is sensational! Bacon Wrapped Cheese Russians come in packs of four and a pack weighs between 300g and 400g.

We make our crumbed pork chops from the back chops or sometimes the shoulder chops. They are coated in a layer of crumbs and when cooked are crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. There are two crumbed pork chops in a pack and a pack weighs approximately 500g depending on the size of the chops.

Our steaks are matured for at least 7 days before they are cut and trimmed for packaging. We use only A-grade pasture raised beef and it is hormone and antibiotic free. Our steaks are thick cut to order, and we try our best to get them as close to our customers’ requested weight as possible. We offer T-bone, Rump and Sirloin steak. We also have a limited amount of Fillet and Ribeye available on request. Our steaks are vacuum packed which keeps them fresh, juicy and tender.

Tender, juicy chunks of meat taken from the leg are mixed through our aromatic homemade sweet and sour curry sauce. This sauce is not at all spicey but full of flavour. Once the meat has been threaded onto the skewers, a generous amount of sauce is added before the packaging is sealed. Lamb Curry Kebabs come in packs of four and weigh between 500g an 600g.

Our lamb stew meat consists of cut up neck chops, shanks and ribs. Being pasture raised you can be sure it will be tasty and tender. Stew meat is packed in 500g packs.

Our beef stew meat comes from A-grade pasture raised beef and it is hormone and antibiotic free. It is tender, flavourful and carefully trimmed. Beef stew meat is packed in 500g packs.

Our pasture raised lamb is tender, tasty and exceptional. It is hormone and antibiotic free. We offer whole or half lamb cut to your specifications. We pack the meat in bags according to your requirements and it is delivered neatly packed in a box, ready to be placed in your freezer.

Tasty and delicious, they are packaged two in a pack and a pack weighs between 400g and 700g, depending on the size of the chops.

The commercial spice pack we add to our quality pork for this product has a subtle, almost undetectable lemon flavour. It is a mouth-wateringly delicious version of the traditional pork banger. For the Lemon Pork Sausage, we use natural hog casings which make a thicker, banger type sausage so they weigh heavier than Boerewors. Lemon Pork Sausage is available in approximately 500g-600g packaging.
